Zap shape

Import historical call reporting

In Yelp for Business, open Yelp Ads → Call Reporting. Scroll to load all calls you want to import. Copy the call table, or select the whole page with Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C (Mac: Cmd+A then Cmd+C). Only loaded rows can be copied; page navigation and summary text are ignored.

Enable Yelp Leads in Setup, then paste into Import Yelp call reporting within that card. Pasting turns the input into a table: review it, then confirm. Paste over the focused table or choose Replace data to replace it. Dates are interpreted and displayed in your browser’s current timezone; check that Yelp shows times in that same timezone. “Missed” and other textual results are preserved without inventing a duration. You can paste the complete list every time: existing calls are reused and previously attempted analytics are never resent. Imports support 5,000 unique calls and 1,000,000 characters per paste; the preview shows the first 50 calls. No replies, calls or customer notifications are triggered.

Analytics sends are attempted once. A network failure or interruption can leave calls saved without analytics; repasting does not retry those sends. Calls imported while Customer analytics is disabled can be sent for the first time after enabling it and repasting.

Original dates backfill the business-owned PostHog project. Masked callers remain anonymous call records, not verified customers. Enabled All activity partner feeds receive the full call snapshot, original pasted row and report context with the historical timestamp. Paused feeds stay paused. Doggos stores those calls without recapturing StarAgent’s analytics.

Review only

In Setup, turn on Review only to build trust before live posting. StarAgent drafts the reply and texts or emails your Response Review contacts. Zapier stops at the Filter, so nothing goes to the customer on Yelp. Turn Review only off when you are ready to post.

StarAgent response

Delay presets run from Instant to 5 hours. StarAgent adds about ±10% wiggle. Instant still waits 15 to 90 seconds so replies do not look robotic.

Limits

• First automated reply path. Multi-turn needs a separate New Consumer Message Zap.
• Needs a Yelp Business account eligible for Yelp Leads in Zapier.
• Does not post public review comments.
