Loops.so

Use Loops.so to send transactional emails when you receive a voicemail. Automatically follow up with callers or notify your team.

How it works

StarAgent sends a webhook when a voicemail arrives. You can use a middleware like Zapier or N8N to forward the data to Loops.so's transactional email API, or connect directly using Loops.so's event ingestion endpoint.

Setup with middleware

  1. 1Set up a Zapier or N8N webhook to receive StarAgent events.
  2. 2Add a step that calls the Loops.so transactional email API with the caller's details and voicemail transcription.
  3. 3Design your email template in Loops.so using variables like caller name, phone number, and transcription.

Use cases

  • Send a "Thanks for calling" email to the caller with an estimated callback time
  • Email your team a summary of each voicemail with the recording link and extracted details
  • Add callers to a Loops.so audience for follow-up marketing sequences
