Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your StarAgent subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your phone number will be released and call monitoring will stop.
Refunds
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund. After that, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you experience a service outage or billing error, contact us and we will make it right. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@staragent.io with your account email and we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After cancellation
Your call history and recordings are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that, all data is permanently deleted. If you need an export of your data, request it before your account closes.
